Kim Elton, President

Kim is a senior marketing and advertising professional with over 30 years of experience in broadcast, film and music production as well as advertising and marketing. He is author of the popular business publication entitled "Net Benefits" a book about developing marketing strategies using the Internet medium. He served as VP of Marketing for eCharge Corporation at start up and VP of Net Communications jointly for Celerity Digital Inc. and Evolution USA, Inc. His consulting firm Elton Communications specializes in strategic marketing programs that utilize the Internet.



Joe Willmott, Treasurer

Joe Willmott is a financier, business manager and marketing expert.

Mr. Willmott manages three companies, is a partner in a business consulting company and active as a management consultant. He has extensive experience gained over the last 25 years providing strategic planning, marketing and financing to small to medium sized business in the British Columbia, Alberta and the United States.

Mr. Willmott has developed tens of millions of dollars of new revenue for his clients, some achieving phenomenal growth and profitability.

Mr. Willmott has also been instrumental in locating, commercializing and financing new technologies and products for Canadian industry on behalf of the Federal Government, manufacturers and research councils. He has been a guest lecturer at universities and been a keynote speaker at important business seminars across the country.

He has lectured at UBC Conferences and BCIT on the subjects of product development and financing technology commercialization.



Marg Huber, Board Member

Marg has been actively involved in the field of conflict resolution and mediation over the past 25 years as an instructor, facilitator, researcher, mediator, senior administrator and director of training. For 8 years she directed the Centre of Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of BC. She has developed training manuals, courses and programs in conflict resolution and peacemaking for intercultural applications working extensively within the multicultural community in the Lower Mainland of BC Canada and for many First Nations organizations and bands in Canada. She has mediated a wide range of cases in family, school, and other community settings and organizations. Over the past 11 years, she has provided conflict resolution training and program development consultation internationally (Malaysia, Israel, Jordan, South Africa), and for the past 5 years has worked in East Africa developing conflict resolution and peacemaking programs and training teams - in Uganda, South Sudan, Rwanda.
